Carmen Fosick
President and Co-Owner
Carmen started with Elmstar Electric in 1990 as a Safety Coordinator and assumed control of the business from her father in 1998. She has been involved with the family business her entire life. She is responsible for establishing overall objectives, diversifying and adding new markets, streamlining operations allowing her to maximize people, processes and profitability. She oversees accounting, estimations and managerial and all human resource practices.
Ron Fosick
Vice President and Co-Owner
Ron joins his sister Carmen in managing Elmstar Electric Corporation. Ron joined Elmstar in 1996 and is responsible for managing and growing the Preventive Maintenance Division. He also oversees the sales department and electricians to ensure high quality service. He is also responsible for devising plans and strategies to further benefit their customer’s electrical systems and reduce electrical costs.
Scott Weyenberg
TeleData Project Manager
Scott brings 25 years of experience within the TeleData industry. He manages all projects within Elmstar that include telephone lines, data cables for computers, security systems, fire alarm systems, access card reader etc. Scott works hand-in-hand with the client while overseeing the project.
Jeff La Sage
Project Manager and Business Development
Jeff has been with Elmstar for 28 years and is responsible for new business development. He builds relationships and oversees client’s electrical projects and maintains current client relationships.
Julie Schuh
Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator for the past 17 years, Julie makes sure all projects run smoothly and on time. She is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling all the details of the projects activities. She is the friendly voice on the other end of the telephone when you call Elmstar Electric.
Sara Stremer
Accountant
Sara joined Elmstar in 2018 and is responsible for providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data. She handles accounts payable and receivables, staff payroll and oversees all accounting practices for Elmstar Electric.
